Do your best to troubleshoot the issue your customer has. We encourage you to do some research to understand the variety of factors that may cause that issue. If you still need further help, we will assist you.

You have the option to switch an M3U line to a MAG device or the opposite, by selecting on the settings at the front of the subscription and then click on “Move”.

If a single channel is buffering, you can report it to Live Support and they will investigate. If all channels are not working or are buffering, the problem is most likely on your customer’s end. Make sure they have a good internet connection/speed, or they may need to reset their router or clear their application cache.

You can use payment services like Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, e-Transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, IDeal, etc. if you are starting locally without a website.

You are in complete control of all your subscriptions. You can deactivate/activate or delete any of your lines.

Neither the panel nor credits have an expiration date.
